The Statistical Theory and Analysis on Natural Sciences Laboratory (STAANS Lab) at Khulna University is a research-oriented lab established under the Statistics Discipline. This lab is a dream initiative of Dr. Md. Menhazul Abedin , working as an Associate Professor at this university. This lab was established in November 2016 with the vision of advancing multidisciplinary research since Dr. Menhaz's early career . In November 2025, the lab launched its website to enhance collaboration and communication among researchers at home and abroad. Our research team is composed of highly qualified investigators , almost all holding PhD degrees , alongside enthusiastic undergraduate and master’s students . The lab is also planning to open opportunities for PhD candidates in the near future.
